Thank you. Its not that i'm doing anything wrong, its just some weeks I've got paid cash so although I've banked the money sometimes its a bit short if we've paid for shopping or petrol. Just panicking they might reject the application because of it!

we've had the valuation report today and al seems fine. Its need refurbing so its noted on there but figures are fine.

I'm wondering what the next stage is now and whats happening?

Even if you've been paid cash it should still show up on your payslip (assuming no tax dodge by your employer).

Yeah have my wage slips, and send them in, infact they were returned today!

Was wondering if any more check will be done or am I waiting for offerr now? Not to sure and have gone direct rather than to a broker who I could talk to!

I`ve had my mortgage offer from Halifax for almost a week now and also their solicitor keeps sending me letters and leaving messages keen for me to sign it and send it back to them. I`m waiting until I can find out what Abbey are offering. I went direct to Halifax and I also bank with them.
