free web space?

hi,
i very urgently need a very small amount of no frills free web hosting (even less than 10mb would be sufficient) with no ads and ftp access, for a local campaign website (its very moneysaving, don't worry ). does anyone know of a company that offers such a package?

I know you asked for free web space, and there are lots of them - but some hosting services are really cheap - depends if you have any budget.

For example, I use http://www.streamline.net for my hosting and it has cost £13.99 a year as I signed up for two years.
