NATIONWIDE - Transferring Between Accounts Problem

Nationwide have an Internet Problem re transferring money between Nationwide Accounts (Into and out of FlexAccount etc).
I've just called, they acknowledged the problem and they don't know how long it will be before the problem is rectified.

Hi James,
I keep most of my money in my e-savings accounts and transfer it when necessary to my Flex Account.
When I spoke to them before in branch, they said if there was a major problem with the website, it would be possible to phone up and transfer money between accounts.0 -
All working OK today, just did a transfer.0
