TT dial code for the operator

when you dial 100 you normally get the BT operator
however when i dial 100 from my talk talk line i get the talk talk customer services.
they inist that i have to dial 0800 800150 to get though to the bt operator BUt this takes me to Bt customer services which is no good
anyone have ideas what the dial code is
