Problems with Debt Chasers

I have recently entered into an agreement with INCASSO to pay them for my debt with Halifax Bank of Scotland (HBOS).
Suddenly, my work number is receiving repeated calls from an automated system from someone else - who tell me when I phone them - that I now have to pay them.
Of course, never seen any paper work from them - I think they're called ICOR but the spelling may be wrong.
I've blogged about it at http://www.yaffles-corner.co.uk/serendipity/index.php?/archives/9-Always-Giving-You-Extra.html and will continue to update that blog as things transpire.
Regards
Neil

Sounds like harassment to me - you have a right not to be harrassed.
You can request that they keep all communications to you in writing, and provided you respond within a reasonable period of time, should they then keep calling in this way you can report them to Trading Standards, the Office of Fair Trading or even the police.0 -
I made five calls yesterday trying to get them to stop the phone calls - hence the Update2 in the blog.
I took today off work (not because of this, I'm working tomorrow) but I shall find out if they've been a pain today, and then I shall follow up your suggestions.
Thanks.

I have a sudden update to this.
I've been paying INCASSO the due amount each month. Today, however, my bank's online system was unavailable so I phoned INCASSO in order to make the payment via phone.
Oh, they said, ICOR (or is it IQOR) have asked for it back.
So I had to re-iterate again that I've had no paperwork from the latter - and not even any from INCASSO to tell me that someone else wants to be paid rather than them.
I asked for someone to call me back or for something in writing. I didn't get a phone call back - perhaps I will get something in writing.
However, despite my attempt to pay INCASSO today, they wouldn't take my card details.
Can anyone tell me where I stand at the moment where, just by chance, I had to contact them? They are certainly not contacting me.
Thanks.
