Partition management

Anyone recomend any good free software to manage the partitions on a USB HDD?
Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.

    Windows 2000,XP and Vista have it built in but only Vista allows you to resize existing partitions without loss of data.

    Can you talk me through removing the current partitions on a USB disk and setting up one full partition in XP?

    press start/settings/control panel/admin tools/computer management/storage/disk management/ click on partition and remove easy peasy ;)
