Maybe you're thinking of outletbargains.co.uk which was originally targeted at the Factory Outlet on Dell. Useful tips on e-value codes too.
cheers

Tut tut for the blantant plug by mattstrib.
- HIS website is ALL tradedoubler links...0 -
no it was an rpoints type forum im sure ...posters would offer laptops to others that they had stored in their basket

Poppycat wrote:Then why not remove your site. Reported you first post. Blatant plug it may well be but then say sorry and dont delete your link.
FYI the original poster of the link to the dell offers is not the owner of the website, I am. I only realised the link to my site was posted on these forums by checking my referral logs.
And I would also like to know why you object so much to affiliate links? The price you pay for the computer is the same as you would pay if you went directly to Dell.
Would you rather Dell make all the money? or pay a little bit of commision to the little guy for the sale?
Also I am not forcing anyone to go through my links, the e value codes are there for everyone to see and they can do with them what they want.0 -
I don't object to affiliate links chunter orginal stated that mattstrib plugged a site with a affiliate links. If you want to save money there are very easy ways to do that via cash back sites, some better than others.TBH I rather keep all the money than have some affilate link keep some it it, but then again as I said some are better at paying than others, I am not saying you keep a higher percentage either. Call me suspicious but you come on here and haven't posted before, and have ago at me, umm, I wonder how you knew.0

As I said in my original post, I checked my websites referral stats, saw a lot of hits from this forum and came to check it out (did you actually read my post before replying?).
I think you owe mattstrib an apology.0 -
Why I wasnt the one accusing him I mealy passing the message on to abuse, see post 3, and he never denied that he was plugging your site. I also read your post, but thanks anyway
I wont add anymore to this post so it can continue as it should be. 0 -
Hi, I said sorry so why keep talking about me - it was the first posting I had to Moneysavers, I was trying to be helpful and it was a genuine mistake. I wasn't even aware site like the one I refered to had affiliate links. So I denie plugging a site for personal gain.
So thanks for educating me but please now ease off.0 -
