Sorry if this is a silly question...
I want to increase my overdraft by £100, but HSBC say they charge £25 to do this. Does anyone know if banks can justify charges like this?

You've asked for a service (an increased overdraft) and this is the charge for their service.
Not all banks charge to this level - your call if you want to go to another Bank.Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0
