    tomorrow I am going to get up early...well sometime after 6 (yawn) go for a run, come back and sort myself out! Just looked at my manky feet and nearly all the nail polish has come off! Could do with a sander really to sort all those running calouses (sp) yuk :)

    Not much of any of those happening here at the moment, the first two are out (apart from a paracetomol, but only if I have a limb hanging off) As for rock n roll, my last few sessions have been recording soundtracks for adverts and cartoons... Cartoons are hard work, so I'm shattered again and can't even chill with a bottle of tesco fizz.
