not sure I am a geek but might be able to help
Hey Sall Im sure your not a geek. But, i got a new laptop this week. But I get purple lines in the screen from time to time. I have uninstalled the graphics card driver and resinstalled it. But it still keeps coming back. There doesnt seem to be any pattern to it it just comes and goes. Is there anything else I can try before I ring them up and say Oy fix my laptop. Reason i ask is that I am gonna be away for a while soon and I dont want to leave OH without a laptop until its fixed especially if she has to reinstall everything such as the wireless for example, cause shes not puter literate.
