Well lunch was option D) garden centre cafe but i tried to be MSE and ordered soup and a roll, £2.50. soup was cream of mushroom.... it was bleuch!! so when i got to till i only paid for the juice i had, i didn't pay for the soup as hadn't hardly touched it....

How MSE am i?!?!? And i feel quite empowered for having complained.. more often than not i would just put up, shut up and pay up....!

    yay me!!!!!

You sound like such a doting dad len...!

I've just remembered that i'm tkaing Erin swimming tonight straight after work. bag is packed in back of car, kelllogs free swim vouchers are cut out...

still it'll be nice to have a wee swim... was out on bike last night for 4 miles, and am stiff today...

i only do wee swims, i can swim but it takes me ages to do any number of lengths... i wish i'd paid more attention at school swimming lessons....

Erin is a fabby swimmer and only 7.... one gift all parents should give kids is the ability opportunity to swim...
