Refund!!!!

i recenly bought a few items off worldcricketstore.com using a debit card i recieved 2 of the items but none of the others, i rang them up 2 get a refund they had already taken money out of my account, they said no problem, the money still isnt in my account and they said they have already issued the refund????

If you coutact them by e-amil or letter give them another 7 days or so ( as your bank will need evidence you have tried to obtain a refund yourself), then if no reply contact your bank re charge back, this has happened to me twice and I have got a full refund both times.

I got a refund from Tesco yesterday and they said that it would take between three and five days to show up in my account.
