Mauritius honeymoon competition - Terms and conditions

Entry is restricted to persons aged 18 or older and resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland who are not employees of Condé Nast Publications Limited or in any way connected with the promotion. The winner will be chosen by a panel of judges from all correct entries received by the closing date. The judge's decision is final. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable, subject to availability and cannot be extended. The prize is for two people staying in a Colonial Ocean Front View Suite at The Residence for ten nights on a half-board basis.

The prize includes return economy flights with Air Seychelles from Heathrow Airport and transfers to and from the resort. All extras such as beverages, meals not included in half-board, items from the shop, spa treatments, telephone calls, email charges, laundry, etc, will be charged and payable direct to the resort on departure. Standard booking conditions apply.

The prize must be taken before 30 June 2009, excluding travel over Christmas, New Year, Easter, bank holidays and school holidays. The prize booking is dependent on availability (a maximum of two months in advance). Travel costs to and from Heathrow Airport and travel insurance are not included. It is the responsibility of passengers to ensure they have comprehensive travel insurance cover before beginning their journey. Visa applications for entry into countries requiring them for certain passport holders must also be obtained before travelling. Failure to ensure that the correct documentation is in place can result in refused passage on the aircraft.
