I'm loving dooyoo, just need under 5000 more points for my first voucher, but i can easily do 5 a day. how is the best way to make friends on it though? some people have read my reviews and i'm trying to comment on theirs, but how do u break that barrier?

I've noticed one memeber has written 300 reviews since July! She must be loaded!

Don't churn....don't do more than 2 or 3 reviews in a day and make sure you read and rate and comment on a lot of other peoples' reviews or they won't bother returning to your page. You need to try and give as many ratings as you receive.

Making sure your comments are meaningful and relevant help too. I will not take much notice of someone who writes "good review" on every !!!!!!s opinion. If you tell me what you liked about the review or what you like or dislike about it or the product will get my respect and make me more likely to talk and add you as a friend.

Rating properly and not just VU'ing everything long and SU'ing everything short is also important. I can't abide it when someone VU's a review that is a load of crap about food packaging and nothing else.

Can I ask what is possibly a completely blonde question?

I've written 21 premium reviews, and have 282 ratings to my reviews. Not taking into account the people I've invited and the fact I have a crowned review (woohoo, it was a shock, believe me!), how many points should I have, as I think I'm quite a bit under.

Any help gratefully received, and I'll admit it's probably my counting skills!

21 x 500 = 10500
282 x 15 = 4230
TOTAL = 14730

Thanks, that's what I was getting, but I'm about 1000 short in my account. Should I point this out, and how do I go about that?

Fragglefan, you don't get 500 for reviews written in the discussion or archive categories. It sounds like maybe a couple of reviews weren't in paid sections adn that's why you're short. If you open you review and look at the top of the page it will show Home> x> y> z> If it says archive or discussion up there then you won't have had 500 miles for the review, just the earnings from people reading.

Aaaaah! Of Course! Head slap moment. Thanks for all your help. I knew there must be something, but couldn't for the life of me work it out.
