How to remove auctiva links/advertising from eBay listings

I tried to make an item listing the using auctiva website, but the pages kept on freezing whenever I was near to completing the listing. I gave up, and used the ebay for making the listing and cancelled my auctiva account. But when I looked again at the listing I made on the ebay, it was cluttered with auctiva advertising in the form of a gallery view of my item and an auctiva counter, both with links to auctiva website! These were not there when I first looked at the listing. Does anyone know how to remove these from the listing? I am only selling one item so I don't think a gallery view is approptiate, and ebay already provides a visitor count.

Go into the html and delete it there.

is it possible to remove this button in the from the listing in auctiva? i.e. before it even gets into ebay? as i use auctiva to list auctions when i am not available.
