TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promotion open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Mars, their families, agents, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. To enter the prize draw, register your details (name, address, email address and telephone number) by clicking here. Incomplete registrations, or those received by any other means, will be rejected.
3. There are 4 separate prize draws: Draw 1 runs from 24th April until midnight 9th July 2008; Draw 2 runs from 10th July until midnight 5th August 2008; Draw 3 runs from 6th August until midnight 2nd September 2008; Draw 4 runs from 3rd September until midnight on 1st December 2008. Only one entry per person per draw.
4. The following prizes can be won:
Draw 1 – 30 Beach-Kits each consisting of a ‘MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE’ themed beachbag, I-Pod case (no I-pod included), towel, flip-flops and disposable camera.
Draw 2 – 100 Beach-Kits (as above), plus 2 signed movie posters (signed by ‘talent’ involved in the making or production of the film – MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE) and 25 MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE CD Soundtracks.
Draw 3 – 100 Beach-Kits (as above), 1 signed movie poster and 25 CD Soundtracks.
Draw 4 – 20 Beach-Kits (as above) and 10 MAMMA MIA! – THE MOVIE DVDs.
5. All prizes are as stated, are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.
6. The prize draws will be supervised by an independent person and will take place in the week following the closing date for each draw. Unsuccessful entries in a draw will not be carried over to subsequent draws.
7. The prizes will be allocated to the first names drawn at random from all valid entries until all prizes available in that draw have been allocated.
8. The results of each prize draw are final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winners will be notified within 7 days of the closing date of the draw in which they are selected. Winners will receive their prizes within a further 28 days.
10. Name and county of the winners will be listed on this website once the winners have responded to the winners confirmation email.
11. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed or not received for any reason whatsoever.
12. By taking part in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner will result in the forfeit of the prize. All instructions on the online registration form are part of these terms and conditions.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should a prize, or any part of it, become unavailable for any reason.
14. Prizewinners may be required to participate in related publicity.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrant or any third party.
16. Entrants acknowledge and accept that the internet is not a secure medium and information submitted by entrants may be accessed by third parties.
