need to give a refund but paypal wont let me

I need to give a buyer a refund of £17.00 but I only have £14 in my account. how do i give a refund in another way, my papyl is linked to my bank account.

do you not have a credit card you could add to your paypal account as it would then take the extra bit you need from there. Or give paypal for as much as you can & post cheque for remainder but explain to buyer what you are doing to stop bad feedback.
