transfering photos

Just updated Internet Explorer to latest version and now when I try to transfer photos off the camera I cannot access them, if I put them in my documents it shows a small photo in the left hand corner so they are there but if you click on it says cannot be opened.

What program are you using to transfer photos?

Usually, if you connect a camera to a PC, you can access it through My Computer (it comes up as a drive). Here, you can drag and drop pictures onto your desktop to save.

That shouldn't change anything.
When you transfer the pictures from the camera, are you using a USB cable or are you plugging the memory card into a reader?
Try the other one
