I got a letter today from BT informing me of some changes to charges beginning in Sept 08 regarding call back, 1471, 1571 etc this in itself isnt it, its just another in a long list of the same.... more and more complicated systems!!!
.... and i think thats it now. I think its a sign now that the world as we now it is coming to an end..... im talking about the complexities of charging - not just with BT but with everyone!
It seems the age of 'how much can i confuse the customer with complex charging & poorly communicated changes to those complex charges so that HIS/HER MIND GIVES UP' is the way things are now.
I thought it was the age of the small print a few years ago... its way beyond that now... clauses and sub clauses and get our of liability free cards.... its difficult knowing what your buying... hence Martin! :-)
THE WORLD IS NOW ONE BIG RACKET - FROM THE ELITE TO GOVERNMENTS DOWNWARDS TO THE CORNER SHOP KEEPER - HOW MUCH CAN WE SCREW THE CUSTOMER?!
It seems the age of blanket manipulation is upon us......
I wish i could find an island somewhere and start again - back to basics.... simple honest living for life..... or something like that - im sure someones written stuff about this much more eloquently that me

You are saying that most companies are using Confusion Marketing? Or is there something you are saying that I didn't quite get?I got a letter today from BT informing me of some changes to charges beginning in Sept 08 regarding call back, 1471, 1571 etc this in itself isnt it, its just another in a long list of the same.... more and more complicated systems!!!

After the uprising of the 17th June The Secretary of the Writers Union
Had leaflets distributed in the Stalinallee Stating that the people
Had forfeited the confidence of the government And could win it back only
By redoubled efforts. Would it not be easier In that case for the government
To dissolve the people
And elect another?0 -
its everything - its big racket.
there is no customer services now - its all about the bottom line. there is no accountability now
uk isp's having call centres in asia - its stupid. if i have a problem here how the hell can they help in asia? then i send them an email and it takes 4 days t reply.....
just an accumulation of problems that im seeing. its just sooo silly now the way the world works. everyone/customers & companies know its all out of balance and stupid yet it continues.
it seems that everyone is hooked into this way of being - it strengthens the whole behaviour pattern.... im just wondering when the tipping point will happen ie. when it gets all too much for the majority?
when will the majority realise that to expend this amount of energy on a daily basis to live such superficial, yet complex and painful lives? when will there be a mass revolution of some kind.
anyway... i can only take responsibility for myself to live a simple healthy life.0
