hi all you techie folks!
can you help me with a mini-emergency please?
i have a photo that i really need to print out/use etc.
i am a simple mobile user so bear with me. i have a payg virgin lobster phone - it has a camera but i can't send photos to anyone, no bluetooth etc (not that i really know what that is anyway). i have followed what limited instructions there are, installed the included disc/software and plugged in the phone using included usb wire.
the phone keeps saying 'check connection'. my computer says there may be a problem with the new hardware and it is asking for further software.
any ideas? if i go to a photo shop and plug it in to one of their machines - would that work?
all help gratefully received x

As soon as you plug it in to a computer it should appear as another drive and you will be able to drag the photo over to one of your drives on the pc0
