Pre-pay Credit Cards - Paypal?

Hi all,
Just wondered what the general view was on the pre-pay credit cards situation at the moment. I've seen some specific stuff relating to improving your credit rating with a CashPlus card, but I'm not really that interested in paying £60 for that. I've noticed that Paypal have just released one, and it looks very reasonable - £5 for the card and if you top up by Paypal, no more charges until they re-issue a card, which at a guess would probably be annually, otherwise they're not gonna make much out of me!!
I don't have or want any other type of credit card (too many bad experiences in the past!) - pre-pay sounds good to me. What options are there to this? Pros & Cons?? What other pre-pay cards are out there? Just thought I'd ask to see if there is a bank of knowledge on this.
I couldn't find a specific article on this forum about it either, which surprises me a little, but maybe they are insignificant thins in the great money-saving scheme of things.
Cheers for now.

Don't do it.
Paypal have a huge history of ripping off their customers. Please read:

Hmmm... interesting... but not really conclusive. Not really an 'independent' source, given that they are touting their own system of online payments (albeit that they say it is "free"). But you have to give them credit for a thorough listing of disgruntled Paypal user feedback!Laugh and the world laughs with you. Smile and you get better service!
