and also local business development schemes (council?)..
fed up with the various loyalty cards for tesco, coop etc,
though would like to get something back from the little things i buy (papers, snacks, drinks etc) from local shops, newsagents and so on- it adds up!
it could be a good way for local traders to attract more customers and impulse buys, rather than see people just walk past onto the big shops.
