Sky/Talk Talk/BT Confusion...

Hi! Long time reader, first time poster. Not sure if this is the right forum or not for this (mods, feel free to bump) but I'm having a bit of a dilemma trying to sort out my mother's phone and internet. Basically, I have the Sky package of TV/phone/broadband and am in the process of moving house, so I've successfully transferred the Sky over to my mother (who will be having it all installed for her a week Monday) and I've been looking into her phone and broadband for her to see if I can use my Sky stuff there as well and from what I can gather she's been with AOL (perhaps AOHell would be a better term) for quite a few years at a rate of around £25 a month for basic (which seems a bit of a !!!! take to me) and is with Talk Talk for phone calls while still renting a line from BT. Is there any way for me, if I get all the relevant account information from her, to cancel the AOL and TT contracts and switch them over to Sky? Could somebody talk me through how to do it please? Many thanks in advance for your time!

your mum needs to phone aol and get a mac code from them and give it to sky who will do the rest setting up broadband.
same for talk talk phone up and cancel then phone sky and get calls through them
you mum will need to tell aol and talk talk that you have permission to talk for her before they will give you any details
if you mum is a light user of broadband and you are giving sky your services she can get the free broadbandIf you dont like me remember its mind over matter, I dont mind and you dont matter0 -

You don't need to call TalkTalk and cancel the calls package - just slows down the process, as line rental is still with BT this will be a CPS service, let Sky do the work of initiating the transfer of the calls package, when you tell Sky you want them for calls, they contact BT who see that TalkTalk are the current CPS provider on the line, they send the cancel signal to TalkTalk and add on Sky instead, means you go from TalkTalk straight to Sky without having a couple of weeks inbetween with BT.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0
