Just to bring you guys up to speed.got a letter today from mint sincerly apologising for what happened and taking the blame and they have also refunded me the £20 late payment fee.They also took onboard my ideas re highlighting in red say something that had to be done straight away.So hopefully some good may come of it.
To MLC & Smartsaver thanks for your words had seen some ther replies skippy had put up and i saw that quite a few people were a bit pevved with him.
