dell a920 not printing, help me

:mad: :mad: please help my printer wont print it has the jobs lined up but when i click on printer it says this

the application or DLL H:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\W32X86\3\DLBKGF.DLL is not a valid windows image.Please check against you installation diskette

PLEASE HELP ME

Also, if you go into 'My Computer' does it have a H: listed? If so, is it a CD drive or what?

yes but it says it cant because its in the middle of doing something:mad:

yes it has an H listed and its a local disc:D hard disc drive

Well you would have to cancel the print jobs in the queue.

tried that as well wont let me cancel them

Disconnect the printer, reboot the system and then reinstall the printer.

Have you tried switching it off and on again?

just wanted to say thanks to all:T

unplugged printer, shut down computer then it allowed me to uninstall and reinstall

nightmare ive had and i lost my documents that were there

oh well problem solved
