dell a920 not printing, help me

:mad: :mad: please help my printer wont print it has the jobs lined up but when i click on printer it says this

the application or DLL H:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\W32X86\3\DLBKGF.DLL is not a valid windows image.Please check against you installation diskette:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

PLEASE HELP ME

    Have you tried reinstalling the printer?

    Also, if you go into 'My Computer' does it have a H: listed? If so, is it a CD drive or what?

    yes it has an H listed and its a local disc:D hard disc drive

    Disconnect the printer, reboot the system and then reinstall the printer.

    just wanted to say thanks to all:T

    unplugged printer, shut down computer then it allowed me to uninstall and reinstall

    nightmare ive had and i lost my documents that were there

    oh well problem solved
