Hi all :)

I'm just playing with cwclient for the first time and this is what I have so far :-

cwclient.JPG

I was wondering if anyone has set their details up with the info posted in the other thread :-
01/02 Geographic off peak - Primus Saver Option 2 (CPS)
01/02 Geographic numbers peak. 1899.
Landline to mobile. 18185
0844/0871 BT all all times (1280 to bypass CPS).
0845 Peak. (dialaround) 0844 462 68 68
0870 Peak 18185
0845/0870 Evenings and Weekends BT (1280 to bypass CPS).
Directory Enquiries 0800 0192 190

... as my basic setup seems to be wrong in quite a few areas eg 1280 to bypass CPS and the landline to mobile was wrong as well but I've now changed that.

Could anyone post their cwsclient setup screenshot showing the necessary changes?

Thanks!

    A couple of comments......
I think you need to start your weekday clock at 6am and not 8am (but check with your CPS when its morning starts - BT is now 6am).

At present you have all your international calls going to Dir Enquiries - change to 1899 until you know specific destinations - check on callchecker beforehand).

On the carrier list - you need to set up a new drop down "1280 - CPS Override" - which is the override back to BT - assume this is No 5. Then on your routing table Nos 13 and 14 should read 4, 5, 5 and 2, 5, 5 respectively (...assuming you want non peak calls to 0845 and 0870 to go through BT and not your CPS!)

    Good luck!

Doh! I hadn't replaced the jpg on my webspace. I've fixed it now (hopefully) you might need to do an F5 to bypass the browser cache.

BTW, I keep getting this darn failure to send routing details. I've even switched off the firewall and AV software temporarily.
