Getting a good haul from the garden now, so trying to be good and use it up. This week looks like:

today: new roast potatoes, yorkies, garden veg, gravy - stewed rhubarb & custard
Fri: veggie chilli and wraps with salad (make extra chilli & freeze)
Sat brunch: pancakes, fruit, syrup (make tons of pancakes to freeze, eggs to use up)
Sat dinner: garden veg satay (jar sauce to use up) and rice
Sun brunch: muffins (from freezer), fruit salad
Sun dinner: daal, mustard turmeric potatoes with peas, salad, chapattis (make double & freeze)
    Mon: beans on toast
    Tue: pasta & sauce
    Wed: veg risotto

Hopefully all I'll need from the shops this week is milk and cat food - fingers crossed...
