Leaving luggage

Hi!
I am going to madrid next weekend and flying from liverpool airport. I am meeting people there and trvelling up to liverpool on the train. On my return we get back to liverpool at 8 o clock in the morning and we were thinking of hanging around for the day in Liverpool when we get back. My question is whether I can leave luggage anywhere (ideally the train station (Lime)) whilst we potter around the city centre for the day - I dont really want to lug around a small case for the day!!
Does anyone know if stations have a facillity for this??
Thanks!

Rather than start a new thread, I just came to ask the same question about London! Does anyone know of anywhere near Kings Cross that I can leave luggage at for the day?

Surely the best solution is to call the airports/train station and ask themNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20

At Lime Street is in the corner nearest platforms 7,8 and 9. It will probably cost you around £6 per item.0

Possibly, but they can take ages to get through to and some people here may already know the answer. Most answers to questions asked on forums can be found elsewhere, but some of us prefer asking for recommendations. If you didn't like the question, you didn't need to reply.GOD BLESS DURAN DURAN

Info on all stations, including left luggage, parking and ticket office opening hours, here: http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/stations/0

Hint - Take a slightly larger case and put everything in it as you are charged per item. (obviously within air travel limits)
Kings Cross cost about £6 per item for the day last year. Would imagine they are all pretty similar.0 -
Thanks everyone. I got a very nice email back from the Deputy Stations Manager with the details for London stations. It's £6.50 per item - so I'm transferring all the stuff from the two small cases into the biggest one I have tomorrow, before we travel on Sunday lol.
So pleased I asked here you always come up trumps :-)GOD BLESS DURAN DURAN
