Does anyone here use the ** service on theircurrent account?

I signed up today but there wasn't an awful lot of information regarding how you manage it etc. Will this come in the welcome pack or is there a site you manage the mobile phone insurance and everything else from?

I think most of the cover is fairly automatic.

Never signed up but there is some detail on the website.

Decided as my household insurance covered my phone and I could get travel insurance for £60 per year that it wasn't worth it for me.

Check the policy document for the phone cover too - I'm not sure how comprehensive it is.

Does give you free text message banking though, although as a mortgage customer I sweettalked them into letting me off those particular charges.

You're automatically covered on the travel insurance.

You have to register yous mobile phone's IMEI (serial) number (just type *#06# on your keypad) with Homecare, the mobile phone insurance provider, or you won't be covered.
