ive just done a bt but when i requested it about a month ago my balance was more than it was when it was completed (due to minimum monthly payments) i now have +63.00 on my mastercard what do i do?

The rset can be a toatl mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae we do not raed ervey lteter by it slef but the wrod as a wlohe.

It depends on who your card is with.
Some firms will send you a cheque for this amount if you call them and tell them you've overpaid.
Some firms, like Egg, will happily transfer it into your bank account.
Otherwise, you could just spend £63 on your card to bring your balace down to zero.0
