If you want a place for hiking, the Macdonalds Olde England Hotel in the Lake District, Bowness is brilliant. Beautiful rooms - try to get one overlooking the Lake Windermere.
Yes, you can get half price offers going through paper ads but I guess if you can pay with your vouchers even at full price you are getting a bargain.0 -

We have just stayed at the Marriott near windsor as we used our vouchers and went to Legoland too...It was very easy to book..First I checked availabilty and prices online (Marriott website) I think you can only stay fri-sun..Leisure break..The price online was £80 for 4 including breakfast for one night and that's what we were quoted also when we rang to book with the marriott tesco helpline.Try looking at the hotels website to get your price
