Powergen confirmation

surprisingly enough, we are aware that powergen have had a raise on some of their tariffs. anybody on energy online, capped tariff or age concern, who signed up to powergen before the price rise, will still be on the old tariff. those who have incurred a price rise will have had a letter stating this.

Therefore, if you were told that you would not get a price rise and have not received a letter stating that you will, then you will NOT have a price rise.

pls can people stop complaining about powergen being liars, as it is obvious from your information that your words have come straight from the mouth of a rep.

also, if you have changed company for this reason, you may find it costs a lot more, because if you go back to powergen, you will be on their new prices.

so anyone who was with pgen and have decided to change for this reason, i suggest you check your details and cancel if you are still within your seven day cooling off period.
