MUST BUY 3.99 Fire Blanket at Lloyds

I tried the Farnborough store at lunchtime, and was told that the fireblankets had been withdrawn about a month ago. There is another Lloyds fairly close, so I will try that tomorrow.

Got 2 fire blankets on Friday. I asked as none were on display, and was told that they had been instructed to withdraw them from sale, but there were some in the stock room. She offered to scan one to see if they were still at the offer price. She did and they were.

Even though they had been told not to sell them, she was willing to do so because they "needed the space".

Seems that they have taken them off the shelf because they were too cheap. Apparently they are to go back on sale once the price has been increased. Go figure!
