actually i don't think you can. mine has just validated and it has now disappeared from my "post office" list...

so will have to open a new quidco account for each person.

hope that helps someone (myself included!)

surely they are bound by the terms at the time you sign-up?

if not they could change the terms to anything you want.. "by signing up to this policy you are promising your first born child will work for the post office as a slave at the age of 18"

I can't believe they can change the terms of a contract after both parties have agreed to it.

  • Carp - Someone tell me the new T&C dont apply to us?
Or Im ringing now to cancel my policy

"Ms xxxxx, we confirm that you are covered with life insurance with immediate effect."

If you've received that before the T&Cs changed, surely you'd be under the first ones? Will be interesting to see what everyone else says.

I just trawled through several pages of a similar thread at HUKD, but when I went back to see latest posts, looks like the whole thread has been zapped. Is it me being dopey and not being able to find it again? If not, will the same happen to this thread? All a bit fishy.

Edit, ignore me, being dopey :rotfl::o

Sorry folks, but the new t&c's apply to anyone who now signs up.

To those of us who managed to get in before they were changed, they DO NOT apply to us. :D

mine is showing as validated on quidco so I'm assuming that since I got the message at the end of the application saying yes you're getting cover thanks for your dd instruction details etc that I am okay and they can't go back on their word...............I did it around 9am this morning

I suppose there's always the possibility that they could decline my life cover - but then that opens a whole other can of worms for future life applications possibly
