Maxiboard - Sound Insulation

Hi all,

I am having a problem with my neighbours, although they are not bad neighbours (ie they try to keep the noise levels down) we can here there every move in our bedroom which makes it hard to sleep at night. I have tried ear plugs (uncomfortable) putting the radio on (winds the missus up) so ive been searchig for an alternative. I have found a product called maxiboard from https://www.soundreduction.co.uk and was wondering if anybody had used it and if it was any good?

Any other ideas to solve this problem would be greatfully recieved

I’ve not dealt with SRS Ltd, but believe them to be a reputable company dealing with commercial and domestic sound proofing.
