I am really annoyed. Last Friday a car was traveling down my street & it hit a Virgin Media company car. The first car then hit mine & wrote it off. The Virgin car continued on & hit another parked car. The first car is saying that he hit the Virgin car because he pulled away quickly from a parked space. The Virgin driver says that he was already moving when the first car hit him from behind. Because no one will admit blame my insurance which AA is the broker for say that i am going to have to pay my excess & i will lose my no claims. How can this be when my car was not even attended or moving.
Any help please????

Do you have legal cover with your car insurance?
Speak to them.0 -
Any claim will incur an excess, if you make a recovery then it can be returned to you, along with any no claims lost. This however is not guaranteed.0

recovering the claim outlay from a liable third party. when you make a claim the insurer will attempt to recover their outlay if a third party is liable for the damage. this does not have to include your excess however.0

Call an Accident/ Claims Management company asap and they will supply a replacement car to you and sort out all this crap making sure you do not lose out.
We do this sort of claim every day all day.

"they will supply a replacement car to you"
Be VERY careful if you accept the offerof a car. If they don't win you may have to pay and it may not be cheap. Find out the terms of the hire car before signing anything.0
