Can any one help with this problem in Access please:
I'm doing a query on some data. I have a field entitled "ISSUED" that contains lots of dates between 1 Jan 1996 to 31 December 2007. I want to produce a query to display only those records in the ISSUED field that are dated 1998 and 1999.
What should I type in the criteria field in order to extract only those records?

BETWEEN #1/1/1998# AND #31/12/1999#
(you may have to switch the last one to #12/31/1999# just off the top of my head)
Also, you may also find this will work in the criteria area:
>1/1/1998 AND <31/12/19990 -
Excellent. Many thanks, it worked a treat. My failure was in not putting the "hash" signs in.0
