Hi
we stayed at Volcano Villas in Ia last september. It cost about 150 euros. The view of the caldera was fantastic and the rooms were really nice.We had a small kitchen area as well. I agree -It is a lot of money to pay for a hotel room- but Santorini is somewhere you will probably only go to once. We stayed for 2 nights and got the boat from Crete
Digger0 -
We always book direct Tonysantorini@hotmail.com much cheaper than through First Choice which is the only operator to use the Arion Bay apart from XL who use it from Ireland
Very rarely do you get cheap flights on the odd occasion they come up late for betwen £100-£150 early May you might get the odd one a bit lower but so many flights have been cut recently these are few and far between
We usualy pay around the £200 mark either with XL or Thomsons
Digger ...we go ever year I couldnt imagine only going once...lol
Agree the Caldera is well worth the views and Oia is lovley but much more expensive to eat and drink out than over in Kamari and the bus's/car hire is so cheap I say save your moneyIf you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel0 -
