Have you had confirmation email hun?

The reason i asked is when i got to the giftcard bit at the end there site crashed and i couldnt complete the ecard bit. But i pressed submit to the actual order so dont know if its gone through.

Yeah, I got it straight away.


It does say that the minimum term is 12 months so I don't know if we'll get away with cancelling after the direct debit has been debited (15/12/05) hmmmm.....!

I don't mind anyway, it's not a bad magazine and usually has decent free gifts throughout the year too.

Just called them and they cant tell me until tomorrow wether the order has gone through as their system only updates every 24 hours

Hopefully i will get the email before that. I cant believe their site crashes on me like that.

Bummer!

If it's not gone through then can you still get them tomorrow? If not then you could ask if you can re-order and cancel one it turns out that you've ordered twice. There should be an option to cancel within 14 days shouldn't there?

I think my mail is playing up, as been sent a couple of emails and none of them have come through. I have just emailed myself from mr divadees email account and that hasnt arrived either!!!
