Is it worth paying £29 for the minimum years subscription?

My straighteners took about a week to arrive - they are brilliant, I've naturally got really curly hair, but these managed to make it totally straight - amazing! Also got a free cd. I'm looking at the subscription as the cost of two pressies to myself, where else could I get a cd and straighteners that work for £29.00, and treating the mag as a free gift!

    Hi Diva,

If you mean the free Wahl ones, they are exactly the same size as 'normal' ghds - ie about an inch wide.

Yes, I do have them - but they are a Christmas pressie for my cousin - you might want to check with Rush - as she has both ghds and Wahls and said they were better. I have ghds, and I use mine at least once a day - if not more on damp days - and I wouldn't be without them. Am hoping to get the salon ones (wider plates) for christmas.

Give the Wahl ones a go - there are a lot of really good reviews on here.

The thing I like about ghds is the after sales service - they have a no quibble guarantee and replace old for new with any fault.

    Good luck

Use the phone number and quote the reference.

I ordered this for about £13.50 and got a letter saying that they had run out of the straighteners but so as not to disappoint people they had ordered more.

    Worth a try.
