I am so please with Yamaha that I had to post !
I have clavinova digital piano which we bought second hand some years ago...so it's some years old! But a much loved instrument
Problem with one key sticking.......phone call to Yamaha UK .......result.....whole new key set and key bed ordered from japan....when it arrives in approx 6 weeks....a Yamaha engineer will call to arrange fitting.....all free of charge !
I am so very impressed, how many companies would do that for equipment bought second hand and way past warranty date? I realise it may be due to a known problem with this piano...but nonetheless the customer service was more than I expected ....after all with older equipment we expect to have to repair on occassion!
Just thought they deserved a mention somewhere!
