Monthly Budgeting Spreadsheet

I have made this spreadsheet for myself which really helps with my budgeting, and i thought it might help some people here so i will share it/
The main bit of it on the left hand sate, is bassicaly a replica of my bank statement for the current month, i tend to run it from one months pay until the next months pay. The colums are pretty self explanetory imo, the first one i put the date of when money went into, or came out of my account. The second one, the day before i get paid i put my current balance in there, next one is for any money coming into my account. Outgoings is for all of my outgoings, and lastly the description column for what each amount is actually for.
To the right of this bit i have all of my monthly expenses, so things like mortgage etc. When they actually come out in the "K" column i type in Yes and also put it into the bank statement section on the left. The advantage of doing this is in the two bits below the statement Amount left to come out and amout to be left over. It means that at any time of the month, providing nothing extra comes out, i will know how much i will have left at the end of the month.
The 2nd section down on the right is for all of my annual expenses. This is useful so that i always know when something is coming up, and it also allows me to save a set amount per month, so that i always have spare money for the larger annual expenses.
Then the last section is the two bits at the very bottom on the right. The first one is for weekly benefits i get, i put the amount per week in the first box and the number of times i am due to get it this month, this decreases by one each week until the last week of the month when i have nothing left to receive and it will say 0. The box below this is the exact opposite of this, i have a weekly budget of £80 so again at the beginning this will say £80 x 4 each week i reduce the 4 until it gets to 0 in the last week.
After typing this i realised it sounded quite confusing so i have filled this with some sample data so that you can see what it looks like. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
The figures in my example are completely made up, but you can see from my example that i would have £1290 left at the end of the month (i wish!).
Anyway i find this very useful, and hope that other people would find it useful as well.
