When I buy these I buy between 8-12 packs in one visit.. Well MR Tesco, it went back on the shelf and I bought them from Pets at Home, which were over a £1 cheaper than tesco...
I took the bag to CS just to check, and it came up that the price was correct...
Seems like they are putting prices of other items up to cover, what could be double up deals???
Be very aware.... tesco is at it again. xxxxxxx

I've only just got into collecting cc points after a friend took me and OH to prezzo and didnt pay for the food!!
So far ive recycled a phone and collected points on groceries and petrol but i havent really got into the art of 'boosting yet'. One thing im going to try is looking for receipts with points on them on my next visit... What do people think of this? Is it a bit too much like eating out of bins?
Their is now a limit on how many receipts you can take in, and it is 2 and if there over 2 weeks old then they wont add them etherSealed Pot Number 018 🎄2009..£950.50 🎄2010..£256 🎄 2011..£526 🎄2012..£548.80 🎄2013...£758.88🎄2014...£510 🎄2015...£604.78 🎄2016...£704.50 🎄2017...£475 🎄2018...£1979.12 🎄2019...£408.88🎄2020...£1200.63...🎄2021…£588 🎄2022 £672… 🎄2023 £3,783.90 🎄2024…£3,882.57🎄20250 -
Hi all,
I fear I'm about to ask a silly question....
As I understand it, you earn CC points which are then sent out to you as vouchers (or evouchers) every quarter (I think). Am I also right in thinking that these vouchers have expiry dates?
So with that in mind, my question is how do you save them up? If you want to get enough for a holiday etc. what do you do?
Thanks and sorry for the silly question, I'm sure there's an obvious answer!Wins: Sept - Where's Wally T-Shirt!!0 -
Hello Shane
Yes you are correct you earn 2 clubcard points for every £1 spent now this has just changed recently. They then send them out to you quarterly in the form of vouchers which have an expiry date on them appx 2 years I think off the top of my head.
So these vouchers are worth 4x in deals that are on the tesco.com website. So when you have saved up enough vouchers towards a holiday you give them a call and convert your vouchers towards tokens for your desired holiday.
I hope this makes sense. I am not really very experienced in tesco deals as I am also quite new to collecting points, but I am sure you get the gist of it (or I hope you do lol)
Keep your eyes peeled on here for useful hints and tips on how to boost your balance
hope that helps

Just remember that there is now a limit of £400 against Cosmos and £700 against Virgin, all per person, on how much of the total holiday cost you can cover with your Clubcard points.0

I have benn watching my CC balance for over a week and it hasn't been going up but having checked the forum here I saw that this was happening to a few people and that they did get thier points eventually so I figured that there was a delay in 'the system' somewhere and thought nothing of it..... Until today when I checked my CC balance online and it has gone up..... by about 20 points which would be okay if I have not collected over 100 whilst my balance has not been moving
What do people think? Will the rest appear to have they been lost? I have no proof that I ever got these points as I'm not much of a reciept keeper (maybe I'll change that in future though)
Cheers,Wins: Sept - Where's Wally T-Shirt!!0 -

Thanks for the explanation Mrs T...
Its a shame you can't "bank" the vouchers until you are ready to use them... i'll likely lose mine by the time I have saved up enough (for our wedding rings).0 -
You can call CS and ask them to renew the vouchers and they will extend them for another couple of years so just keep hold of them in a safe place.0
