Airline Delays what are the rules now?

I understand the issues completely esp with front line staff (worked for both British Midland and BA in my time). I checked up on what we were entilted to on the airline in questions website and we should have at least got £6.00 in food vouchers each.
So will push for that.....but the goal posts seem to have changed with the new regulations, as i know BA and BMA would have only delayed one set of passengers in the past. (it wasn't either of them i flew with this time)
