Guttering with no downpipe - is that right??

14 months after moving in is a bit late to notice :o but I have approx. 2m of guttering at the back of the house with no rain/downpipe

I *think* that might be causing water to spill on to my (wooden) back door, which is starting to warp. I've cleared most of the moss and gunk out of it so hopefully that will help.

Should I get a separate downpipe fitted or can I just extend it to the nearest downpipe?

Or am I missing something and it's all ok?? Not sure why it wasn't mentioned on the survey (I had the detailed homebuyer's report done):confused:

    Thanks a6windows.

Had a drain person come out today, who said it was ok because the overflow was going onto the flat (?) roof next to it.

Tried to take a photo but couldn't get the angle (tiny garden is funny terraces)
