I'm right into this now, although I can see it getting expensive!
Paid £780 to the card today, bringing the balance down to £3,950.30. I'm definitely losing the plot - can't wait until tomorrow to see what the balance is and how much I can pay off!

Edit - that was obviously meant to say £7.80!!! A bit like Karmacat and her £46 bag of brazil nuts!
  • £5.77 paid this morning. Methinks my statement will be one fat envelope this month ! Just like it used to be but with pages of debits nor credits this time around !

Love the way everyone is hammering away at their debts.

    Hi everyone :D

Day 7 of our little challenge. The woman collected her Ebay stuff last night so I put £2 of it (needed the rest for postage of other items) into my pot. It was a £2 coin so will wait until I've got £20 of those and pay them off together.

Today, I have put £1 worth of 50p's into the pot. Will wait until these have reached £10 and pay them in. I've got to post some items later so will see what change I have from that and may add some more :j .

    Morning all,

Well..my mortgage has successfully gone out, so now I can safely start my payments a day.

I am going to start trying to pay £5 per day extra off my Egg Credit Card. I now owe £675 so hope I can knock this on the head quickly.

Just off to make my £5 payment now xxx
