Another con from acerdirect.co.uk

see this Acer Aspire 5720 on homepage,
it say FREE MOUSE AND BAG.
I have bought it and when it came there were no Free bag and mouse.
I have contacted them via their site and I have got this reply.

I just checked that link and if you click on the package deals link there are a block of packages linked to that main item. It may be that the main link you clicked on was laptop only and you would have had to click on the packages link to get to the free bag/ mouse package??
