Where you enter your homepage (Tools/Options/ General), seperate the pages you want with a |
e.g.
http://www.google.com|http://www.yahoo.com
will open google up with yahoo in a tab behind it0 -
Well I just did http://www*******.com|http://www.******.co.uk so on and so forth so I had several addresses in in one address bar, and used current as homepage and closed the browser, when I opened up the browser again I had all the addresses load up but on different tabs,,,
If thats what you meant sra, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Really good that was as now I can flit from tab to tab on browser start up.0 -
Or just open the pages you want as home pages all in seperate tabs and go to Tools/Options/General/Home Page/Use Current Pages0
-
The easiest option is to save them all individually into a bookmark folder, then if you go to the folder there is a option at the bottom of the list to open all in tabs.
Thatway you can keep your homepage seperate if you wish. I know it works as i often open 15 pages together by this method."Badges? We don't need no stinking Badges"0 -
The '|' and the Open in Tabs methods are a bit clunky if you ask me.
I use Session Saver and Tab Browser Preferences.0 -

Hi Mr Skint/ I don't know if I can remember how I set it up exactly but I have 21 websites on the bookmarks toolbar and 17 on a dropdown window, each website address is reduced in size to it's favicon. In the bookmarks manager I have a folder marked "headline news" which I think was there when I installed F/F where the websites are located, I now just drag and drop to the bar. sorry if it's a bit vague.0 -
I've tried most of these and would say djohn2002uk 's method the simplest by far0

If you middle-click a bookmark folder (with your mouse wheel) what opens up all bookmarks in tabs
The next version of Firefox has some enhancements to tabbed browsing:
There is an option to 'Bookmark all tabs' (which saves all open tabs into a single folder)
You can drag and drop tabs to re-arrange their order
You can force all new pages to open in new tabs instead of new windows0
