Just a heads up.
I have just switched from Click Energy 5 and received a massive bill ...... looks like they used the rates from my new Fix Dec2009 deal, but not sure.
I Just looked online, and I have TWO sets of Bills, saying I owe £50 for elec rather than £91 and in credit of £35 rather than just £5 ..... you can't actually view the detail ...
So maybe their computer had a wobbly ... but check online first rather than waste money on a 0845 number ... BTW does anybody have a normal phone number for BG customer services ?

Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam No idea why you removed it as it was something I learnt from this site - bizarre

I got through a few months ago on 0800 028 1028. Think it probably automated meter reading line, but think I entered incorrect ref details and eventually got through to someone.0
