Went running a bit ago. Only planned on doing a gentle run to ease us back into it as haven't been for quite a while... took a detour and ended up doing 2.74 miles
My hips ache now but feel good for getting back into it.

spud I would be one of those people that would say that about your dog....actually anything over the size of a shitsu would seem big as I am so little! I could probably ride your dog like a horse in factI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

You certainly have to be sociable to own one because so many people come up to us, not so much round here because everyone knows her, but if we go out like today, we have been known to have crowds round us
Not something we thought of when we got her :cool:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I've been to the beer festival in Belgium as well - it's in (or somewhere near) Bruges. Went about 6 or 7 years ago. i don't like beer so not quite sure why I went, but they had a belgian cherry beer and a belgian raspberry beer which was really nice. Went on a coach trip from work and we stayed in Lille overnight and then went over the border to the festival.
when you arrive you buy yellow or red tokens, one colour was soft drinks and 'standard' beers and the other was for the more speciality beers, meant there was no messing with money at the bar. Just cash them back in on the way out."Stay Wonky":D

We must've looked a bit odd today thinking about it, both me and DH, dressed head to toe in black with this great big black dog. I'm surprised anyone dared come up to us :rotfl: :rotfl:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
